A single-cell analysis platform that enables the isolation, growth, analysis and recovery of immune cells. The system uses optofluidic technology to isolate individual cells, allowing profiling of individual T cells, cell activation and expansion, monitoring of cell-cell interactions, cytokine secretion analysis, tumour cell killing imaging using integrated time-lapse microscopy.
