Dr. Ioanna Tzani

She completed her PhD at University College Cork, where she investigated translation initiation in cancer, and has since built deep expertise in multi‑omics, single‑cell sequencing, and systems biology. Her research has advanced CHO cell gene‑expression characterization under bioprocessing‑relevant conditions and led to the identification of novel microprotein impurities in antibody drug products, strengthening the understanding and quality control of biologics manufacturing.

She now works in RNA therapeutics, bringing strong technical depth, analytical problem‑solving, and a collaborative approach to developing innovative therapies
